Andaz Hong Kong Central Scheduled to Open in 2027

Hyatt has announced the upcoming Andaz Hong Kong Central, scheduled to open in 2027. The hotel will be the brand’s first in Hong Kong and is anticipated to be a new expression of creative energy that matches the heart of the city.

The hotel will sit within Central Crossing, a multi-use development on Wellington Street set to feature premium

offices, lush green spaces, and preserved heritage architecture. Like all Andaz ventures, the project reflects the character of its surroundings. Here, it will serve to capture the spirit of Central, where history and modern life coexist, and where business and creativity meet.

Andaz Hong Kong Central will feature 125 guest rooms and suites, including options that can transform into intimate event spaces. The hotel’s Living Room will be a welcoming hub for both guests and locals, from the first coffee to the last evening drink. Dining will centre on an all-day restaurant, while the wellness facilities will provide a thoughtful space for fitness and balance.

A highlight will be the launch of the world’s first Andaz Village, an integrated lifestyle and retail space that brings together wellness, design, and culinary discovery. The concept has been designed to feel alive and personal, encouraging exploration rather than routine. Visitors can expect a collection of gourmet and wellbeing experiences that reflect Hong Kong’s contemporary East-Meets-West spirit.

Following the opening in 2027, Andaz Hong Kong Central is expected to become both a retreat and a meeting point, inviting all to experience Central through a new lens, surrounded by hospitality, design and culture that feel unmistakably Hong Kong.
