The Wine & Dine Festival returns from October 23 to 26, staying open late until midnight for a complete sensory experience. Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and co-hosted by the Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB), this year's "REMIX. BEST OF ALL WORLDS" theme promises legendary wines, stellar chefs, and unforgettable bites.

The BEA Grand Wine Pavilion, sponsored by The Bank of East Asia, returns with a hall-of-fame lineup of wines. Guests can explore legendary Bordeaux First Growth estates: Lafite, Latour, Margaux, Haut-Brion, and Mouton, alongside rare Grand Cru Burgundies. Renowned wine critic James Suckling will present over 100 top-rated wines, including his handpicked Chinese selections. To commemorate the 170th anniversary of the 1855 Bordeaux Classification, the pavilion showcases these legendary wines in a rare display, offering an insider's glimpse into the world's most celebrated vintages.
For a hands-on experience, the festival introduces "Pairing Exploration", where guests can mix five flavour profiles with five grape varieties to craft their own exciting pairings. New Country Pavilions and international brands add even more variety, blending the classic with the contemporary.

The Tasting Room is also back with a star-studded lineup of five acclaimed chefs, including Michelin-starred Andrew Wong, for a one-night-only, 10-hand collaborative dinner: "Taste the Extraordinary: Beyond Cantonese Flavour." This exclusive evening promises to redefine modern Chinese cuisine.
Making its debut, Towngas Gourmet Avenue features 12 of Hong Kong's finest restaurants, collectively boasting 13 Michelin stars and 7 Black Pearl diamonds. At the same time, Hotel Delicious returns with 11 top-tier hotels serving signature dishes on-site, from Grand Hyatt's famous Hainanese Chicken Rice to The Royal Garden's delicate Butterfly Cookies.

Saucy Says: "The Wine & Dine Festival holds a special place in our hearts as we've joined as vendors in previous employment and have also delighted in it as guests, and return each year thirsty for more. Each sip, bite, and pulse of the event is anticipated to come together in REMIX. BEST OF ALL WORLDS - a celebration where you're sure to bump into someone you know, share a laugh, and make new friends along the way. We can't wait!"
