Noir Modern Bistro welcomes the festive season with thoughtful holiday menus that marry French comfort with contemporary Asian nuance. Tucked inside the Eslite bookstore at Hysan Place, the bistro offers a warm and intimate setting for slow dining and seasonal gatherings. Served from the 24th until the 31st December, the limited-time menu opens with indulgent starters such as Foie Gras Terrine with cranberry chutney, aromatic Shiso Tomato in a delicate shiso bouillon, and a comforting Ebi Miso Pumpkin made with slowly fermented pumpkin and prawn roe miso. Warm dishes like truffle-scented Gratin Dauphinoise and Escargots baked with miso garlic butter bring a rich, umami kick. Mains include the layered Arroz de Pato with confit duck and nduja, a beautifully seared Steak au Poivre with Kampot pepper sauce and the earthy Forest Fideua, bursting with winter mushrooms. The meal ends on a nostalgic note with a ganache-filled Bûche de Noël.

With optional drink pairings and set menus crafted for two (HKD$888) or four (HKD$1680), Noir offers a refined and quietly indulgent way to celebrate the holidays. To see the Festive Menus, CLICK HERE.
