The city is quickly blooming into Spring, and after the beautiful chaos of Art Month, Easter is just around the corner. The Hong Kong hospitality scene settles into the familiar rhythm of the long weekend, where brunch drifts into the afternoon, bubbles are poured non-stop and tables are set with families in mind. A time for easy indulgence, where tradition softens and gives us time to relax with loved ones. With that in mind, here are a few places to settle in and make the most of the weekend with great Easter menus, 2026.

Easter weekend at aqua is renowned for leisurely brunching. Located high above the harbour, their Easter Brunch (available on the 4 & 5 April) unfolds at HKD$588 per person, with the menu offering unlimited servings of the restaurant’s signature Italian-Japanese fusion favourites, such as delicate sashimi, maki and warm, comforting signatures like linguine lobster and red wine braised short ribs with seasonal sauces and “focaccina”. Little ones are part of the celebration too, with children under 10 dining complimentary across the weekend. There is, of course, the option to let things flow freely, whether that means prosecco, Champagne, or something lighter, while an exciting Easter egg hunt brings a touch of festivity to the afternoon.

aqua is also rolling out a special edition of its “Always About Sushi” lunch, available from 30 March to 3 April and 6 to 10 April. Priced at HKD$388 for 60 minutes or HKD$488 for 120 minutes, the menu offers unlimited servings, moving from small plates and sushi to more indulgent dishes like duck ravioli and miso-marinated black cod, with desserts to finish.
