To celebrate Mother’s Day in Hong Kong is to appreciate just how lucky we are to gather with the mothers and mother figures who shape us, over thoughtfully curated menus that move from relaxed brunches to elegant dinners, all set within a city known for its exceptional dining! To make it easier, we have gathered a range of standout spots across Hong Kong, each offering its own way to mark the occasion, whether you are after something intimate or a more indulgent Mother's Day Menu in Hong Kong, you can find the perfect place to celebrate and make the day feel truly special for your loved one.

Tryst in Hong Kong, tucked neatly into Sheung Wan's Lok Ku Road, is celebrating Mother’s Day with a thoughtfully composed set menu available on 9 and 10 May, designed for a warm dining experience that balances comfort and indulgence; the menu begins with a rich charcuterie selection of duck terrine, pâté en croûte, and foie gras terrine, followed by their signature truffle brioche layered with fresh truffle, caramelised onion, and crème fraîche, then moves into a refined salmon course with hollandaise, salmon roe, and gem lettuce, before a tender short rib with balsamic, rosti, and baby carrot, and finishes with dessert, all priced at HKD$598 per person, offering a considered way to mark the occasion in one of Hong Kong’s most atmospheric neighbourhoods. Fine dining, without the fine dining formality - definitely one of our favourites for this year!

Roganic

Roganic is the Hong Kong outpost of Simon Rogan’s Michelin-starred, Michelin Green-Starred restaurant group, is marking Mother’s Day with a seasonal tasting menu, located in Lee Garden One, showcasing its farm-to-table philosophy and ingredient-led cooking. The lunch menu on Sunday 10 May, HKD$880, features dishes such as cured Spanish mackerel, young Napa cabbage grilled over embers, and Guangdong dry-aged duck with longan honey, followed by desserts like Murcott tangerine and baked chestnut, with optional add-ons including scallop and cheese courses. The dinner menu, HKD$1680, expands into a longer progression with additional seasonal dishes including threadfin and further signatures, while mothers dining will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling rosé and a gift, with optional bespoke floral arrangements available to pre-order.

Calle Ocho

Celebrate Mother’s Day at Calle Ocho with a vibrant neighbourhood brunch centred around its signature tapas-style sharing plates, including pan con tomate, Spanish meatballs, patatas bravas, and optional indulgences like gambas al ajillo, alongside larger sharing dishes such as oxtail arroz and fideuà designed for the table. The Tapas + Segundo menu is priced at HKD$398, with mains including slow-cooked beef cheek, grilled barramundi pincho, and suckling pig, plus optional add-ons and free-flow drinks. To finish, a special Mother’s Day dessert of dark chocolate brownie with salted caramel, hazelnut praline, and torched meringue adds a rich, celebratory touch to the experience. Our mouths are watering as we type! A great Mother's Day brunch for families or larger groups.

Mother’s Day at aqua in Hong Kong is served on 9 and 10 May, offering an elegant celebration framed by sweeping Victoria Harbour views and their signature Japanese and Italian-inspired menu. The Mother’s Day brunch is priced from HKD$588 per person (HKD$688 for late brunch) and includes two hours of free-flow bubbles, alongside an unlimited serving selection of dishes such as a chef’s signature sashimi platter, seared salmon futomaki, spicy negitoro maki, yellowtail carpaccio, prawn tempura, seafood fried rice, burrata salad, and Japanese-style spinach salad. Guests can also opt for premium mains, including black cod with saikyo miso, wagyu sirloin, lobster linguine, and red wine-braised short ribs, with desserts served as a Mother’s Day platter to finish. Mothers will receive a complimentary rose across Saturday's brunch and dinner, adding an extra step of thoughtfulness to a celebratory dining experience designed for indulgence with a view.

Mother’s Day at Feather & Bone across Hong Kong on 9 and 10 May is being celebrated in true neighbourhood style, with each venue turning into a relaxed family hub designed around good food and togetherness. At Lee Garden in Causeway Bay, a three-course Family Brunch is priced at HKD$398 per adult, with an optional two-hour Mirabeau rosé package for HKD$198, while younger guests are treated to their own HKD$178 menu complete with a live dessert station, face painting, and a flower workshop for a more playful experience. Over at Tsuen Wan West and Clearwater Bay, the Feather & Bone Kids Club runs from 2:30pm to 5:00pm at HKD$568 for two adults and one child, and across all locations, mothers are welcomed with a complimentary glass of sparkling rosé on arrival, keeping the celebration warm, easy, and rooted in family time.

Mother’s Day at The Hari Hong Kong on Sunday 10 May unfolds across its dining spaces with a series of elegant options designed for every kind of celebration, from leisurely brunches to refined dinners and afternoon tea. At Italian restaurant Lucciola, the Mother’s Day Brunch (from HKD628 per person) features antipasti, sautéed black mussels, handmade pastas, roasted Vallespluga chicken, and classic desserts including tiramisu, while the evening set dinner, from HKD$568, offers dishes such as Australian beef tenderloin and Atlantic halibut fillet. Over at Zoku, the contemporary Japanese brunch, HKD$628, includes sushi, sashimi, skewers, and USDA prime beef ribeye, while the set dinner, from HKD$688, highlights hamachi fillet, chargrilled lamb chop, and truffle soba. From 3:00pm - 5:00pm, The Lounge and The Terrace also serve a Mother’s Day afternoon tea featuring sweet and savoury bites like white chocolate, strawberry and pistachio cheesecake, creating a full day of celebration within one of Hong Kong’s most design-led hotels.

The Mother’s Day menu at Clarence is available on 9 and 10 May, offering a refined French-inspired tasting menu where guests can curate their own experience, with a four-course option, HKD$688, or a six-course menu, HKD$888, and each mother is welcomed with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The menu features starters such as beef tartare with Oscietra caviar, grilled scallops with black truffle, organic poached egg with smoked eel, and asparagus with morels and Comté, followed by mains including stone bass with champagne sauce, wagyu tenderloin with black pepper sauce, or a shared canard à l’orange for two. To finish, desserts range from pistachio cream with raspberry coulis and tonka bean crème brûlée to a French cheese platter or hot chocolate moelleux for two, creating a polished yet personal celebration over both days.

Mother’s Day at JW Café in Hong Kong is also served on both 9 and 10 May with an extravagant lunch and dinner buffet featuring premium seafood, fresh sashimi, nigiri, and a wide range of Asian and international live station dishes. Lunch highlights include double-boiled fish maw and abalone soup, wok-fried scallop and shrimp, and braised goose web, while dinner elevates the offering with dishes such as Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, South African abalone, chilled drunken prawns, Australian wagyu, and herb butter baked king prawns, with an exclusive bird’s nest dessert available on 10 May. Prices start from HKD$698 - HKD$788 for lunch and HKD$848 - HKD$908 for dinner, with optional floral gifts and cake add-ons for even more Mother's Day joy.
